The Laveen Planning Committee is chartered by Maricopa County and is a member organization of the Laveen Community Council. The LPC hears planning and zoning cases for the portions of Laveen that are in unincorporated Maricopa County. The LPC does not approve or deny applications, but makes recommendations to the County Planning and Zoning department and the County Board of Supervisors. We are now on Facebook.
